We want your personalized original song to reflect the story and feeling you shared. This page explains what we can revise at each stage so expectations are clear before production begins.
Lyrics are approved before final song production
After you submit your story and preferences, we craft personalized lyrics for your review. You may request unlimited lyric revisions before final song production. We do not move to final production until you approve the lyrics.
Finished-song revisions
Once the final song has been produced, one free minor audio revision is typically accommodated for issues such as pronunciation or beat mismatch. Please tell us the exact part you would like adjusted. Finished-song revision timing is usually 24 to 48 hours, depending on team availability and holidays.
What we can correct at no extra cost
- Details missed from your original order: If we made a mistake or missed information you provided in the original order form, such as a misspelled name or factual detail, we will correct it.
- Minor lyric or production adjustments: Before production, lyric revisions are unlimited. After production, one minor finished-audio revision is typically accommodated for the issues described above.
- Lyric-video adjustments: We can revise background pictures, remove dedications, or make similar video adjustments when the request is possible within the original order scope.
Requests that may need a new quote or order
- Major changes after production: A substantial change to the song's concept, story, recipient, melody, tempo, or overall direction may require a new quote or a new order because it can require significant rework.
- New information outside the original brief: Adding major new details or requests after work has begun may require an additional charge. We will explain the scope and provide a quote before proceeding.
