What is a personalized original song?
A Gifty PH personalized original song is made from the story, memories, and preferences you share about the recipient or occasion. We craft the lyrics and produce the finished song for your special moment.
Is the song digital? How is it delivered?
Yes. Your finished MP3 song file and lyric video are sent by email with a download link, so physical location in the Philippines does not affect delivery. Messenger file delivery may also be available if you prefer, but email is best for downloading. There is no physical item or shipping fee for the core song.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 days from lyric approval. If you avail of the Rush Service add-on, the final song is delivered within 24 hours of lyric approval, subject to availability. If you provide your own complete lyrics, Free Rush Service is available.
What languages can the song be in?
We specialize in English and Filipino/Tagalog songs. You may choose English, Tagalog, Taglish, or an English-Spanish mix. We cannot create a song fully in Chinese or other languages not listed here, but we can weave a non-English or non-Tagalog speaker's story into an English or Tagalog song.
Can I choose the genre, mood, and vocals?
Yes. You can share your preferred genre or overall vibe, choose a mood such as happy, romantic, reflective, or uplifting, and select male, female, or either vocals. You may share song or artist references as inspiration; the final request must fit Gifty PH's original-work policy and the chosen genre.
Can I request changes to the lyrics or song?
Yes. We offer unlimited lyric revisions before final song production, and you approve the lyrics first. For the finished audio, one free minor revision is typically accommodated for issues such as pronunciation or beat mismatch. Revision timing is usually 24 to 48 hours, depending on team availability and holidays. Read our Love Your Song Guarantee for the current policy.
What occasions is it for?
A personalized original song can be made for any occasion, including anniversaries, monthsaries, birthdays, weddings, proposals, graduations, family celebrations, and loved ones abroad.
How much does it cost?
The current standard price for a personalized original song is ₱1,999. This is already a discounted price. Check the product page for the current price and any active offers.
What payment methods do you accept?
For website orders, full payment is made upfront. We accept debit and credit cards, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and BPI bank transfer. We do not accept 7-Eleven payment. For manual Messenger orders, customers may pay half to begin and the remaining balance upon delivery.
Can I add a photo slideshow, instrumental track, or Spotify upload?
Yes. A photo slideshow add-on is ₱500 and works best with 30 to 40 landscape JPG or PNG photos for a 3 to 4 minute song. A minus-one instrumental MP3 is ₱300. Spotify upload is ₱1,000 per song; it typically goes live 1 to 2 days after distributor submission. See the product page or contact us for current availability and conditions.
How do I send my song details?
After ordering, complete the short form with the recipient's name, your story, memorable details, and song preferences. The more detail you share, the more personal we can make the lyrics. We may ask for phonetic spelling or a voice recording for difficult names or words.
